These Terms of Business ("Agreement") govern the provision of milk delivery services ("Service") between A& A Doorstep Deliveries ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By signing up for our Service, you agree to these Terms of Business.

1. Service Overview

We provide milk delivery services, offering a range of fresh milk products, including (but not limited to) full cream, semi-skimmed, skimmed milk, and plant-based alternatives. Deliveries are made to the address provided by you, on a frequency determined at the time of purchase.

2. Registration and Account

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

  • Your full name

  • Delivery address

  • Email address

  • Payment details

You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to this information.

3. Ordering and Delivery

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website. The delivery schedule will be determined at the time of order and is subject to availability.

  • Delivery Frequency: You can choose the frequency of deliveries (e.g., daily, weekly, etc.). The Company reserves the right to amend delivery schedules due to operational reasons, but you will be notified in advance.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will generally be made between midnight and 7h30am unless otherwise stated. While we will aim to adhere to the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery windows.You will receive a notification via email once your delivery has been delivered.

  • Delivery Address: You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible. If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect or inaccessible address, you may be liable for any additional delivery charges.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment: Payments are due once your order has been delivered. Payments can be made via credit/debit card. We do not accept cash.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If there is a significant price increase, we will notify you in advance. If you do not wish to accept the new prices, you may cancel your subscription.

5. Subscription and Cancellations

  • Subscription: Our service operates on a subscription basis. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellation by You: To cancel a scheduled delivery, you must notify us at least 3 days in advance. Any cancellation made after this period may result in a charge for the next delivery.

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and delivery service in the event of non-payment, abuse of service, or other circumstances that may hinder our ability to provide service.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds: We do not accept returns of perishable items, including milk and other dairy products, bakery/ Fruit and veg boxes or our fruit juices. However, if a product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement upon investigation.

  • Missing Deliveries: If a scheduled delivery is missed or arrives damaged, you must notify us before 1pm on the day your delivery was scheduled so we can rectify the issue.

7. Customer Obligations

  • Correct Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including any dietary restrictions or allergies.

  • Delivery Access: You must ensure that there is a safe, dry location for delivery. If the delivery cannot be made due to access issues, we will make reasonable efforts to redeliver but may charge an additional fee.

  • Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for all orders, including any additional delivery fees, taxes, and surcharges.

8. Our Obligations

  • We will use reasonable efforts to deliver all products to you in a timely and safe manner.

  • We will notify you promptly of any delays or issues with your delivery.

  • We will handle your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or system failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability to you under this Agreement will not exceed the total value of the order for the affected delivery.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, or damage to reputation, resulting from the failure to deliver or any delays in delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by us, including logos, trademarks, and other materials, are the property of A&A Doorstep Deliveries and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use our content without express permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us directly or through your account settings.

13. Amendments

  • We may revise these Terms of Business from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
